Our main office and manufacturing facility employs 100+ people and operates in a modern 30,000 square foot facility with a new building on the way. Our corporate values include teamwork, trust, friendliness, generosity, ping pong, and pinball.Position Overview for Human Resources Manager: Full-Time, 40+ hours a week. The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager will entail administrative tasks including reviewing job applications from prospective employees, managing, and overseeing employee records (including FMLA, employee complaints, etc.), onboarding and offboarding, managing various employee benefits, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:
Maintains employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details such as employee contact information, job classification, pay rates, organizational structure, and other key details via our 3rd party payroll vendor.Works alongside department heads to develop and maintain accurate records of active job openings and received applications; manages internal and external job postings.Performs administrative and recordkeeping tasks via our company ERP related to staffing changes, which may include onboarding, orientation, resignations, terminations, general complaints and FMLA documentation for extended leaves of absence.Assists with the enrolling, cancelling and administration of employee benefits, which may include collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to health, dental, life, 401K, and other insurance carriers or insurance brokers, and maintaining and offering COBRA benefits as needed. Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as open enrollment and meetings to announce or discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, business insurance audits and other compliance reviews.Performs other duties as assigned.Human Resources Manager - Required Skills/Abilities/Education Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.Three years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in human resources highly preferred.PI192258247
