Job Description:
We have a well-respected client that is urgently hiring for a
Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This HR Generalist
will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to
support the daily operations of the HR department. Primary
responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and
procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with
other members of the department to oversee the hiring and
onboarding process for company employees. Submit your application

Major responsibilities
- Work with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to
maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Be comfortable taking appropriate disciplinary action against
employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee
grievances
- Examine employee performance and appraises their pay scale
accordingly
- Design employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget
approval and initiating activities
- Produce official internal documents such as offer letters,
appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Design a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation
and sales projections
- Support physical and digital files for employees and their
documents, benefits and attendance records
- Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on
HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Deliver employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable
insights to improve employees experience
- Wield HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits,
including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
- Travel up to 25%, mostly to the Charlotte are
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources
responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic
initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's
human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human
resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in Human Resources, manufacturing industry
experience at least 1 year required
- Must have strong communication skills, ability to influence,
interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the
organization
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent
acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications
skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
- Thorough when handling confidential business matters and
information with discretion
