Job Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Director of Admissions, serves as frontline receptionist for the Department of Admissions. Receives, responds to, and routes all telephone calls, walk-ins, and mail inquiries. Performs data maintenance using CRM, SIS, Axiom, Validity, Argos and other software for admissions applicants, accepted students, change of programs, and residency. Performs administrative assistant office duties for Admissions and supervisor. Scans and indexes documents. Takes minutes, types letters, reports, and proposals ensuring that format, grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct, and drafts, edits, and produces final documents. Manages office supplies and maintains inventory for the Department. Maintains Campus Visit Experience web content, calendar, correspondence, and arrangements. Assists staff with the development of marketing strategies using the CRM and other social media tools for the Campus Visit Experience. Maintains, updates, and revises web page information for Engage and the Department of Admissions. Assists with Department of Admissions processing and reporting of admissions and other departmental reports.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

High School Diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a High School Diploma.
