position on our Resource Team within Branch Team Talent Acquisition
at Edward Jones may be your next career. The Resource Team within
Branch Team Talent Acquisition is responsible for all aspects of
recruitment for branch team associates within our field offices at
Edward Jones. This includes the recruitment and interview process
of Financial Advisors, and Branch Team Associates, while paying
careful attention to the end-user experience for both candidates
and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates for variety of Branch Team roles,
including Financial Advisors, Branch Office Administrator, and
others
- Network and collaborate with variety of teams, including home
office teams, Financial Advisors and other Branch Team associates
located throughout the country
- Evolve with priorities, learn continuously, and seek and give
candid and meaningful feedback
- Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve goals
- Embrace change and challenges to achieve better results and
deliver the right outcomes
- Provide coverage for Branch Team Talent Acquisition associates
in short term or long-term capacity
- Three plus years of proactively sourcing diverse and inclusive
candidates, while prioritizing and managing a candidate
pipeline
- Prioritizing work and managing a candidate pipeline
- Experience building a pipeline of DEI candidates using creative
sourcing channels
- Proven track record of achieving established goals
- Practice self-management techniques and problem solving
skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships creating credibility with
colleagues and with potential candidates

and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other
relevant factors for a potential new associate:
