QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • At least 2 years' recruiting experience required with manufacturing experience highly desired.
  • Superior interviewing skills required with the ability to engage candidates.
  • Must have working knowledge of general Human Resources principles.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office software and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionThe Recruiting Manager at Carolina Poly is responsible for proactively recruiting talent using multiple resources including career fair recruitment and management of advertising. The Recruiting Manager will solely be in charge of the recruitment for internal and external candidates for all open positions. Candidates must be able to strategize and execute the full cycle recruiting process from start to finish, including but not limited to: review candidates in our ATS, conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews, develop potential job offers, and present new hire paperwork. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as become necessary by management to support the effectiveness of the HR department.Job ResponsibilitiesAggressively recruit the best candidates for a wide range of open positions including but not limited to general labor/production, warehouse associates and maintenance.Conduct face-to-face interviews with candidates for all open positions.Develop and maintain relationships with department managers to meet staffing needs.Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.Establish and implement a staffing action plan.Train and develop recruiting team.Source candidates directly via advertising and ensure applicant flow is adequate.Carolina Poly offers competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, 401(K) and more!Technical requirementsAfter signing up, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to connect.Please be prepared to join the virtual interview from a quiet place using a desktop or mobile device with a working speaker, microphone, and camera.
