Claims Customer Service Representative
Columbia, SC: $15.00-16.00 USD/Hour

Great Pay- $15.00-16.50/hr.
A Day in the Role:
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries. Inquiriesmay be
non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts,
and procedures.
- Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
- Will deal with reviews, adjudicates claims and/or non-medical
appeals.
- Thoughtfully determines whether to return, deny or pay claims
following organizational policies and procedures.
- Will be answering inbound calls (no outbound calls) between 50-75
a day and 20-25 on slow days.
Requirements:
Lives within 30 minutes of Columbia, SC or less .
At least 3 months of call center experience.
Good with technology.
Typing: at least 35 WPM.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with high call volume.
