Job Description:
Seeking experienced Physician Assistants. Work as part of an
Emergency Medicine team to improve outcomes for patients in a
dynamic Emergency Department in Charlotte, NC. In this role as an
Emergency Medicine APP, you will work alongside EM Physicians,
other EM APPs, and EM nurses and staff to take care of patients and
save lives. Though APPs in this role will collaborate with and
share all patients with physicians, autonomy is both encouraged and
fostered. Our EM APPs will learn to manage acute and chronic
conditions with increasing independent expertise and are encouraged
to practice at the top of their license. Although the focus of this
role is primarily clinical, there will be Career Development
opportunities with access to get involved in Education,
Administration and Leadership. We are a 501c3 Non-Profit, mission oriented health system

contracted with select, partner organizations to provide staffing
for Hospital Emergency Departments, Free Standing Emergency
Departments, and Urgent Cares throughout the North Central and
Northwest regions of North Carolina. Location: Beautiful, Charlotte, North Carolina has a moderate climate with
all four seasons. The Blue Ridge Mountains and Parkway are a 1-2
hour drive to the north and west, and North Carolina's beaches are
close enough to enjoy during long weekends. The region is on an
upward trajectory that still maintains its Southern roots and small
town feel. Although the region is traditionally Southern in its
friendliness, it has an international vibe with an array of
festivals and a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment
