Experience with medical surgical and remote telemetry - Ability to
manage various patient diagnoses including diabetes, post-operative
care, wound care, and bariatric cases Description: We are seeking a
dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in the medical surgical
specialty. The role involves caring for a patient population that
includes adults and geriatrics. The nurse will be responsible for
monitoring patients and administering medications as prescribed.
Common tasks will include IV management, wound care, and the use of
telemetry systems for remote monitoring. The nurse will work within
a team that includes various healthcare professionals, such as
physical therapists and respiratory services. The expected
nurse-to-patient ratio is between 1:5 to 1:6. Staff members are
encouraged to float within the facility as needed. Travelers will
be expected to work on major holidays during their assignment. The
position requires full compliance with onboarding procedures in
order to start on time. All applicants must be able to submit
required documentation promptly to ensure a smooth hiring process.
This position may require working every other weekend, with the
