in dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive treatment - Ability to work
with geriatric/adult populations - Knowledge of neuro, TBI,
dementia, and voice disorders Description: We are seeking a Speech
Language Pathologist to provide home care speech therapy. The role
involves managing a caseload of approximately six patients per day.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience,
excluding clinical fellowship year (CFY). Home health experience is
highly preferred, but skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
will also be considered. Floating to nearby areas may be required
based on patient volume. Candidates must hold a valid state license
and maintain necessary certifications. Experience treating
dysphagia, aphasia, and cognitive disorders is essential. This
position offers the opportunity to support a diverse patient
population in their home environment. The schedule consists of
weekday shifts with no weekend rotation or on-call requirements.
