Job Description:
Job Summary: To perform polysomnographic recordings and the
various technical duties related to the polysomnographic
evaluations (HST, PSG, PAP, MWT and MSLT) of various sleep
disorders. Prepare patients for testing, perform tests, and prepare
test results for physician interpretation. Complete other duties as
needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of an accredited polysomnography school required (unless
already registered with the Board of Polysomnographic
Technologists). Must be registered as a Polysomnographic
Technologist (RPSGT) within 12 months of employment, as well as,
registered with the North Carolina Medical Board. Must have and
maintain current BCLS. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
