In this pivotal role, the Nurse Supervisor will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes, implement efficient healthcare practices, and provide leadership in clinical settings. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and developing staff, optimizing patient care protocols, and contributing to the overall mission of advancing healthcare treatments and patient experience. Supervise nursing staff and allocate resources efficiently to ensure patient care standards are met consistently. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development of nursing staff. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across departments to streamline care processes and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Implement patient care protocols and clinical guidelines, assessing their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed. Participate in hiring, training, and retention of nursing personnel. Ensure all staff adhere to patient care and safety protocols. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in healthcare software and systems. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license. BLS/ACLS certification. Previous management or supervisory training preferred.
