Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator for
our ER department, poised to enhance our patient care. This role
involves supervisory responsibilities such as managing patient
flow, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care, and
acting as a point of contact for all staff and patients in the ER.
Leveraging HCA's extensive network and resources, the Clinical
Nurse Coordinator will lead our team towards excellence in
emergency medical services. Oversee the operational management of
the ER department, including patient flow and staff scheduling.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality emergency care and compliance
with healthcare regulations. Mentor and support ER staff, fostering
a collaborative work environment. Develop and implement policies to
maximize efficiency and effectiveness of services. Coordinate with
other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Strong
leadership abilities Excellent communication and organizational
skills Proficiency in clinical and administrative healthcare
Ability to handle high-stress environments Competency in electronic
health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) with a current
licensure Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Certification as an Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
