Joseph is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family
Medicine physician to join our team in Frankfort, KY. This is an
exceptional opportunity to practice general family practice in a

providers care for patients of all ages with a full range of health
and wellness services: Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries Care for chronic
illnesses like asthma, diabetes and hypertension Diagnostic
services, including lab work, vision and hearing testing, blood
pressure monitoring and more Preventive care, including
personalized consultations and health screenings Well-child exams,
including immunizations for newborns to adolescents Seasonal
support for allergies and the flu Mental health resources and
support Offer Includes: Competitive salary guarantee for up to 3
years and a lucrative production model after guarantee period.
Additional quality-based bonus Up to $200,000 in recruiting
incentives including sign-on bonus, student loan assistance,
residency bonus, and relocation assistance 1 week CME, $4,000 33
days PTO plus 6 paid holidays per year Paid malpractice
insurance/tail coverage Eligible for student loan forgiveness

Education : Successful completion of an accredited Family
Medicine/Internal Medicine Residency Program in U.S.
License/Certification: Kentucky License/Eligible DEA Board
certification or active participation in the examination process

Range $250,000 - $350,000 /year
