Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous
experience in MS, MS Tele, and PCU diagnoses. - Experience with
Epic charting system. - Availability to float to all required units
within the facility. - Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:4-5
in PCU and 1:5-6 in MS/MS Tele. Description: This position requires
a registered nurse with a minimum of one year of experience. The
nurse will care for adult to geriatric patients in a progressive
care unit setting. Floating to all medical-surgical, telemetry, and
PCU units within the facility is required. The position offers
guaranteed hours with a schedule that includes every other weekend.
The nurse may be expected to work major holidays as listed. The
responsibilities include various nursing tasks such as managing
central lines, caring for ventilated patients, and administering
medications. Communication with interdisciplinary teams is expected
to ensure comprehensive patient care. Candidates must be compliant
and complete necessary documentation and pre-employment
requirements timely. Preference may be given to candidates with
charge experience. Travel experience is not required, but is a
plus. COVID-19 vaccination is not required, but flu vaccination is
mandatory unless a medical or religious exemption is presented.
