Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Simpsonville, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,948 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Simpsonville, South Carolina, 29681! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Med Surg/Telemetry required; 3 years for first-time travelers License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: 1 year of EPIC experience is required. Orthopedics and bariatric experience preferred. Description: Night shift position with a requirement to float to other facilities if needed. Medication system utilized is Pyxis. Registered Nurses will work in a telemetry unit. The daily patient census is approximately 20. Patient ratios during the day are 4-5:1 and during the night are 6:1. Patients are primarily adults and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is provided by various services, including physical therapy and pharmacy. Registered Nurses are expected to interpret and manage dysrhythmias. Candidates must have demonstrated competencies for tasks performed while floating.
