Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Acute Care Location: Spartanburg, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,930 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: LTAC MS/Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Acute Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis License: Pending license accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day. - Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite. - Attendance policy exists; exceeding two missed shifts could lead to contract review for cancellation. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Long-Term Acute Care unit. This position focuses on the management of patients with complex medical needs. The nurse will work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule. Patient ratios will be 1:6 on this unit. The role requires skills in the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience with modes of ventilation and weaning from mechanical ventilation is essential. Floating to lower levels of care based on critical staffing needs is expected. Weekend coverage may be required as needed. All requested time off must be included in the initial submission. Compliance documents are due prior to the start date as per policy.
