We are seeking a Freestanding ER Imaging Float Technologist PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications The Free-standing ED (FSED) Float tech is required to work at all Trident Health System free-standing ED Imaging departments to meet the specific needs of each facility. What you will do in this role: Perform all duties relating to the specific primary and post primary imaging modalities in which they are working (both RAD and CT). Competently operate all diagnostic RAD and CT equipment to include preparing the rooms with the necessary equipment and supplies for the imaging exam. Assist in the primary mission of the FSED Imaging department by ensuring that proper diagnostic information is provided through the production of high-quality scans, protocol adherence, critical thinking, excellent patient care, and obtaining clinically relevant history. What qualifications you will need: Must be ARRT (R) registered with a post primary certification of ARRT (CT) preferred. SCRQSA as required BLS required 1 years of experience in medical imaging strongly preferred Employee must be competent to work at all FSED Imaging departments within Trident Health System.
