In our Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you'll be supporting patients
with complex conditions, helping them recover in a dynamic
environment guided by our ethos of commitment to improving human
life. The role demands sophisticated clinical abilities, excellent
communication skills, and the heart to care for patients and their
families during critical times. Monitor patient vital signs and
symptoms and report variations Administer medications and work
collaboratively with the healthcare team to optimize patient care
plans Educate patients and families on treatment protocols,
medications, and self-care skills Adhere to safety guidelines and
regulations, ensuring quality standards are met Document patient
care services by charting in patient records Participate in
departmental improvements, clinical audits, and other initiatives
focused on improving patient care Advanced cardiac life support
(ACLS) Strong clinical judgment High level of personal
accountability and teamwork Ability to operate complex medical
machinery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical
