Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trauma department Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards Manage, train, and evaluate nursing staff Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in trauma care Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on departmental activities Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in trauma and emergency care procedures Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Proficient in the use of medical software and record-keeping Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
