Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse
to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with
kidney disease. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will
be responsible for overseeing the dialysis treatment process,
ensuring patient comfort, and monitoring patient health. This role
is pivotal in helping patients manage their condition and improve
their quality of life. Our commitment to excellence in patient care

dedication. Initiating, monitoring, and terminating dialysis
treatments per clinic protocols. Assessing patient needs,
responding to dialysis-related issues, and adjusting treatment
plans as necessary. Ensuring proper operation of dialysis equipment
and maintaining all necessary records. Educating patients about
their treatments and related health maintenance. Collaborating with
the healthcare team to provide integrated patient care.
Administering medications during dialysis treatment and observing
for potential side effects. Proficiency in operating dialysis
machines and ancillary healthcare equipment. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and
manage emergencies professionally. Critical thinking and
decision-making skills to provide effective patient care. Medical

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in nephrology nursing encouraged.
