Job Description Our practice is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced General Dentist to join our high-performing team. This is an established practice with a full schedule, strong patient demand, and excellent productivity This position is ideal for a dentist who wants to focus on patient care while enjoying true clinical autonomy. Why You’ll Love It Here - Doctor-owned practice - Full clinical autonomy with support when you want it - Strong mentorship and collaborative culture - Consistent patient flow and a full schedule - Health insurance - CE allowance / Tuition (up to $5,000) - Gym Membership Allowance - Experienced clinical and administrative support staff - Compensation: 33% of net adjusted production - Willing to sponsor What You’ll Do - Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dental care - Deliver high-quality, patient-focused dentistry using advanced materials and techniques - Collaborate with fellow doctors and the full care team to ensure excellent outcomes - Maintain compliance with current professional standards, policies, and protocols - Continue developing your clinical skills through CE and training opportunities - Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed What We’re Looking For - DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program - Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligible for licensure) - CPR, DEA, and other state-required certifications - A patient-first mindset and a collaborative approach to care Compensation: - $200,000-$250,000/hour
