Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:30 pm As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital
role in supporting timely diagnosis and treatment by ensuring
accurate specimen collection, testing, and documentation. You’ll
work alongside a collaborative care team to provide safe,
high-quality laboratory services that strengthen access to care in
communities where healthcare resources may be limited. Your
attention to detail and compassionate approach help create a
positive experience for every patient we serve. This is a great

serving rural communities. Key Responsibilities Collect and process
blood and urine specimens in accordance with CLIA and OSHA
standards Perform venipuncture, finger sticks, heel sticks, and
butterfly collections across the lifespan (pediatric through
geriatric patients) Verify patient information, accurately document
in NextGen, and clearly explain procedures to patients Ensure
proper handling, labeling, storage, and transportation of specimens
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety in compliance with state
and federal regulations Monitor laboratory supplies and coordinate
ordering as needed Perform quality control procedures and basic
equipment maintenance Collaborate effectively with providers and
care team members to support quality patient care Maintain required
logs, documentation, and MSDS records Perform other duties as
assigned Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED
required WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • At
least two (2) years’ experience required • Ability to draw blood on
pediatric through geriatric patients • Knowledge of medical
terminology, procedures, and equipment LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION •
Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certificate required •
Demonstrated experience of 3 years in phlebotomy in lieu of
