Certified Nursing Assistant Leads. The CNA Leads works under the
direction of licensed Nursing personnel, and should have at least 5
years of experience performing patient care activities, and
supervising CNA's on shift. Qualifications: minimum 5 years of
experience Education: Required: High School Graduate or GED
equivalent Certification: Required S.C. CNA License Physical:
Medium work exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally
