Job Description Job Description Salary: 33.00 - 42.00 Location: In Person Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $33.00 $42.00 per hour Position Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist (COTA) to join our team. Under the supervision of our Clinical Director and a licensed Supervising Occupational Therapist, the successful candidate will provide exceptional client care while supporting the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities - Implement and carry out individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist -Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and interdisciplinary team members - Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility, departmental, and insurance provider requirements - Monitor and report any changes in patient status to the supervising therapist promptly - Contribute to department operations and clinical program development Enhance professional skills through continued learning and engagement with professional associations Schedule Day Shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) after 90 days
