As a newer clinician, youll have the opportunity to develop your

case consultation, and grow your expertise in play-based therapy

child-centered care. We offer a Base Salary Billable Hour
compensation model designed to give clinicians both stability and
room to grow. Full-time clinicians receive a dependable base salary
set at 75% of anticipated earnings, with additional pay for each
billable hour above a set threshold, based on experience. All
indirect workdocumentation, meetings, trainingsis already covered
by your salary. This model provides predictable income while
rewarding the high-quality care you deliver. Responsibilities
Include: Provide individual, play-based, and group therapy for
children, adolescents, and parents under ongoing supervision.
Deliver evidence-based interventions while refining case
conceptualization and documentation skills. Participate in weekly
supervision, group consultation, and team meetings. Collaborate
with psychologists, educational specialists, and rehabilitation
therapists to support integrated care. Communicate with caregivers
to support family involvement and reinforce therapeutic progress.
Contribute to treatment planning, goal development, and progress
monitoring. Engage in professional development, in-house training,
and continuing education aligned with your growth goals. Benefits

Professional Liability insurance coverage. Requirements Include:
Masters degree in Counseling or a related field. Licensed Clinical
Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, ideally including
child/adolescent or play-based interventions (internship/practicum
experience may count). Interest and enthusiasm for working with
children, teens, and their families. Strong communication,
documentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work
collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Reside in the
Charlotte area or plan to relocate within three months. If youre an
