pediatrics -Dedicated MA per physician: Admin team helps MD focus
on patient care-Quality of life: Focus on patients 8:30-5P, then go
live your life -NO at home charting -NO Inpatient care -NO
Call/Weekends -NO Procedures -NO RVUs=Guaranteed salary -Salary
