Job Description Job Description RN Labor and Delivery (L&D / LDRP) Location: Lancaster, SC Contract Type: Travel Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4x12 Nights (6:45pm–7:15am; 3x12 or 4x12 accepted) Pay: $2,240/week Job Description Travel RN needed for a high-risk Labor & Delivery / LDRP unit providing care through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum, including newborn transition after delivery. Unit manages mostly high-risk patients with ratios of 1:1–1:2. Floating to sister units within skill set is required. No first-time travelers accepted. Epic charting environment. Weekend coverage required. Key Responsibilities Provide full-scope labor and delivery and LDRP nursing care Manage high-risk obstetrical patients during labor and delivery Catch and transition newborns after delivery Monitor fetal status and respond to abnormal heart rate patterns Circulate for C-sections and support operative deliveries Provide immediate newborn stabilization and care Maintain accurate documentation in Epic Float to sister units within competency as needed Qualifications Active South Carolina or Compact RN license required (in hand or proof of application) BLS, ACLS, and NRP required (AHA only) Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience required LDRP experience preferred Prior travel experience required No first-time travelers accepted Epic charting experience preferred STABLE certification preferred Benefits Weekly pay with competitive rates Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Referral bonuses for referring talented professionals into our network Flexible schedules and dedicated recruiter support About ATC Healthcare ATC Healthcare has been a leader in healthcare staffing for nearly 40 years, offering personalized placement and support to healthcare professionals nationwide.
