Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in
Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum of 3 years of
experience in a medical setting Experience in a hospital and/or
nursing home setting Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital
Shift: Days Shift Hours: 0800-1630 Floating between acute/swing,
nursing home, and outpatient services may be required Location
