Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. • 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Required: Cath Lab experience; Vascular experience to include Endograft experience. Preferred Skills/Experience:Highly prefer experience in IR or in a lab working with vascular surgeons. Unit/Facility Details: SimpliFi Clinical Interviewing- Yes/No No - Manager will conduct interviews. Parking: Free. Special Requests: RTO: Manager approval. Schedule cycle: every 4 weeks. Travelers cover each other’s RTO, so could be extra call in events of RTO. Shift & Scheduling: On Call, Call Back Requirements. Two weekends every month and two weekdays of call – discussed during interview. Weekend Rotation Discussed during interview.
