Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our specialized Cardiac Rehabilitation team. At HCA Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional care through our extensive network of facilities and the largest provider of healthcare services in the U.S. In this role, the RN will work closely with patients recovering from cardiac events and procedures, helping them regain strength and improve their heart health through individualized care plans. This position requires a keen understanding of cardiac care, patient empathy, and a dedication to recovery and wellness. Assess patient condition by monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to treatment Educate patients and their families on heart health, surgical procedures, and ongoing care requirements Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to the care plan as needed Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations Strong clinical skills with a focus on cardiac care and rehabilitation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment Proficiency in the use of medical software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing (RN-BC) preferred
