seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to
support the delivery of high-quality pediatric occupational therapy
services in an outpatient clinic setting. The COTA works under the
supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement
individualized treatment plans using play-based, child-centered,
and evidence-informed approaches. This is a paid clinical position
with opportunities for professional growth in a structured,
supportive environment. What You’ll Do Implement occupational
therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational
Therapist Provide pediatric therapy services focused on: Activities
of Daily Living (ADLs) Fine motor and visual-motor skills Sensory
processing and regulation Functional play, attention, and
participation Deliver engaging, play-based interventions tailored
to each child’s needs Document treatment sessions, progress notes,
and outcomes accurately and on time Collect data to support goal
tracking and treatment effectiveness Collaborate closely with
supervising OTs and interdisciplinary team members Educate and
support caregivers through modeling strategies and carryover
activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy space
Uphold ethical, professional, and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For Active COTA license in good standing
Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, or early
intervention) Strong understanding of child development and
occupational therapy principles Reliable, organized, and
accountable with documentation and follow-through Warm,
professional communication style with children, families, and
teammates Ability to work collaboratively and receive feedback in a
