Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff /n The purpose of this position is to provide Echo and Vascular lab examinations to patients of all ages - Performs and monitors echocardiogram (cardiac ultrasound) procedures. - Calculates, measures, and documents appropriate values on the tests performed for review and interpretation by physicians. - Communicates with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions while undergoing - Under the guidance of the manager of the vascular laboratory, assists in the coordination of all activities performed in the laboratory, including performing vascular imaging studies. - Assess the patient’s condition, prepares examination room, maintains equipment and supplies. - Performs related duties as required.
