What We Seek We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in Idaho who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. We particularly welcome: Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly. Behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support. Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork. Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory positions. Strong character is essential — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to quality care. Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist credentials in Idaho. Must reside in and hold a license for the state where services are rendered. Compensation: Up to $100,300, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Offer We handle the administrative burdens so you can focus on providing care.
