Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,421 per week Shift Information: 4 days Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Medical Surgical Registered Nurse – Georgia Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Augusta, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36 or 48 hours guaranteed per week; 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio; every other weekend required; floating to similar units as needed Highlights: Medical Surgical unit with remote telemetry monitoring serving adolescent to geriatric populations 38-bed unit with average daily census of 33 patients Epic EMR system required; SBAR and Pyxis experience preferred Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed during assignment First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of submittal) Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification required Epic charting system experience required Experience with 1:6 patient ratios Proficiency in clinical skills including blood product administration, IV therapy, telemetry monitoring, central line management, wound care, insulin and heparin administration, isolation precautions, and use of rapid response teams Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at time of submission Flu vaccine required (medical or religious exemptions only) Full compliance documentation required by Tuesday prior to start date Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-supported Medical Surgical environment with access to a full range of interdisciplinary resources and modern technology.
