to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job

Must-Have: - Experience with renal medical-surgical patients is
required. - Proficiency in Epic charting system is required.
Description: Candidates must have a minimum of one year of
experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Patient population
includes adults to geriatrics. A ratio of 1:5-6 is typical, with an
average daily census of 48. The unit consists of 49 rooms.
Compliance with all requirements is needed to start on time. It is
expected that if one major holiday occurs during the assignment
period, the traveler will work it. If two major holidays occur, the
traveler must work both. If three major holidays occur, the
traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Holidays include
New Year’s Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Eve and Day. Healthcare
settings provide interdisciplinary support including IV teams,
respiratory services, and social services. Preferred qualifications
include experience in community hospitals. Travel experience is
preferred. References from supervisory roles are recommended. All
candidates must be able to start on schedule with no delays. RTO
(requested time off) must not exceed seven days. This position may
require floating to other units. Candidates must possess skills in
blood product administration, central line management, and
telemetry. Experience with wound care and PCA management is also
essential. The working environment involves caring for patients
with various renal conditions. Attention to detail and compliance
with directives is required. The candidate must work every other
