Description: The rehabilitation department provides a range of
services for patients. Treatment is delivered in patient rooms,
hallways, outdoor areas, and in the rehab gym. Documentation is
maintained using a digital system. The role requires working with a
rehab team to assess patient progress and equipment needs. Floating
between acute/swing, nursing home, and outpatient services may be
required. Daily responsibilities include performing physical
therapy evaluations and establishing care plans. Effective
communication with other healthcare providers regarding patient
care is essential. A collaborative team environment is emphasized,
with a focus on quality patient care. The facility is committed to

Plans for a new rehab gym and an outdoor gym are in development.
