About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Ability to manage
cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration, including
milrinone, dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lidocaine, Bumex, and
Heparin. - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
systems, specifically Epic. - Experience working in a telemetry
unit. Description: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2
years of telemetry nursing experience. They will work in a
telemetry unit caring for adult and geriatric patients. Common
diagnoses include congestive heart failure, myocardial infarctions,
dysrhythmias, hypo/hypertension, pleural effusion, sepsis, and
vascular issues. The nurse will be expected to demonstrate skills
in cardiac telemetry monitoring and care of ventilated patients.
They will assist with the management of various intravenous drips
and provide pre- and post-operative care for cardiac patients. The
patient-to-nurse ratio will be 1:4-5. Weekend availability and the
ability to work major holidays are required. Compliance with all
clinical requirements is mandatory prior to the start of the
assignment. This will ensure timely onboarding and safe patient
