Float Pool - Full Time - Nights The Registered Nurse within the
Regional Float Pool delivers personalized nursing care across
various facilities in our healthcare system. This role encompasses
a range of units, including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Labor & Birth.
Candidates must possess an active RN license, relevant bedside
experience, and necessary certifications, all while enjoying the
chance to enhance their clinical skills in a versatile and dynamic

assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored nursing
care in line with established standards for adult and geriatric
patients. The selected candidate will be required to report to
facilities within the regional area of their home hospital.
Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring, with approval
from the leadership team. Position Details: Department: Regional
Float Pool Status: Full Time Shift: Nights Incentives: Sign-On
Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required Base Pay: Based on Experience
Plus: Regional Float Pool Perks and Shift Differentials: $2.75 for
Evenings, $4.60 for Nights, $1.50 for Weekends Benefits:

(Med/Surg): Orthopedics, Trauma, Surgery, Oncology, Neuro, Medical,
Surgical Telemetry (Tele): Cardiac, Surgical, Medical Stepdown
(SD): Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Neuro, Cardiac Intensive Care –
ICU: CVICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neuro ICU Emergency
Department (ED / ER) Labor & Birth (L&D) And more! Facilities
You’ll Serve (Minimum of 3 assigned): Facility A - St. Louis, MO
Facility B - Festus, MO Facility C - South St. Louis County, MO
Facility D - Washington, MO Facility E - Troy, MO Facility F -
Perryville, MO Facility G - Cape Girardeau, MO Facility H - Dexter,
MO Qualifications: Required Education: Graduate from an accredited
registered nursing program. Preferred Education: BSN Licensure:
Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of
employment and meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Required Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN
experience for Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU,
etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience is
required. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic
Certifications (Must have to start): BLS for Med Surg and
Behavioral Health BLS & NRP for Women's Health BLS, ACLS for
Critical Care BLS, ACLS, & PALS for Emergency Department Physical
Requirements/Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for most of
the shift; significant bending, stooping, and lifting of patients
with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds. Why
