Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatrics - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric Night Shift position requiring a MO or Compact RN license and pediatric specialty experience. Responsibilities - Work in the Pediatrics unit of a hospital setting - Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 - Mandatory floating as required, including floating as a Patient Observer (Sitter) to any unit in the organization - Expected to work 50% of holidays during the assignment - Assignment length is 13 weeks - Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are eligible at a lower rate - Floating may include a variety of units as needed based on staffing demands - No re-orientation required if returning within 18 months with a minimum 9-month gap between assignments - All requested time off must be declared before starting the assignment Requirements - Active MO or Compact RN license required and must be in hand prior to consideration - Minimum of 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year of recent pediatric specialty experience - Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-627869.
