The role requires competency in managing complex pediatric patients with various diagnoses, including respiratory illness, sepsis, and post-operative care. Candidates must demonstrate skills in advanced procedures such as intubation, arterial line management, and ventilator management. The position requires effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary support teams. Experience in charting systems is preferred. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to respond swiftly in emergencies.
