Job Description:
A successful candidate will lead a vital team of professionals
who are dedicated to helping boys who are struggling emotionally,
academically, and/or socially to discover what is real and true
about themselves and the world around them. Our campus provides a
warm, caring family environment for young boys to feel safe and
nurtured. Therapists report directly to our Clinical Director and
who leads the therapeutic team that assures the growth and healing
of our students. This position prefers a person with experience
working at a therapeutic program. They must have the emotional and
physical safety of our students as their primary concern at all
times. Our successful candidate must have an unconditional positive
regard for children and other members of the team; the ability to
address issues in a way that promotes learning personal success and
mutual respect; and strong, healthy personal boundaries.
