Overview: Join our team as a PACU Clinical Coordinator, where
you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional,
patient-centered care while ensuring respect for patient rights,

improvement and safety, you’ll drive innovation, policy
development, and operational efficiency. Collaborating with the
Nurse Manager, you'll oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance
management while fostering a high-performing, resilient team. If

years of PACU and prior critical care experience required; BSN
preferred. Relocation Assistance available up to $7,500! Schedule :
40hrs (4, 10 hour shifts), full-time, 0700-1730 ( with on call

every time. Qualifications: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree,
preferred. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; B.S. in
Nursing or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year
experience as a clinical nurse in acute care environment, required.
Previous leadership experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification:
Current licensure as an RN, required. Additional Skills (required):
Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to
patient(s)’ age. Has the ability to interpret information to
identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her
age specific needs. Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse serves
as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing

members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized
plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful

RNIndeedCharlotte If your RN nursing license has been inactive,
retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been
licensed in another state during the last five years, successful
completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior
to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be
considered for current licensure status, you must apply for
reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher
course.
