Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse serves as a member of the

Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing
Program, required. Experience: One year of relevant experience,
preferred. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license,
required. Additional Skills Required: Computer skills, Phone call
