TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Walterboro, South Carolina, 29488! Pay Information $2,606 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year in Adult Home Health or Hospice experience License: Must have active license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and Oasis. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the assigned care center. Must be open to scheduling flexibility and accepting all patients on the daily schedule regardless of location. Description: Provides, coordinates, and directs home nursing care according to physician's orders. Implements nursing processes competently and in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Responsible for supervising and evaluating Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Conducts home visits and participates in periodic office meetings. Traveling to and from patient homes is required, with daily visits estimating 5 to 10 patients. Average points expected per week is 30, with each visit and activity assigned a different point value. Types of cases include start of care, wound care, and follow-up visits. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. Delays or incomplete documentation may impact patient care and billing. Contract hours are not guaranteed, and meeting productivity expectations is essential.
