Pay Information $1,977 per week About The Position Job Title: RN - Home Health Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year Home Health Nursing License: Driver's License and proof of Insurance Certifications: BLS Must-Have: IV skills, pleurx management, wound vac experience, wound care, assessment skills, disease teaching, OASIS, case management skills for up to 25-30 patients. Description: We are seeking an RN for Home Health Nursing services. This role involves making visits throughout various cities in the service area. Traveling may require driving 60-80 miles a day. Mileage will be reimbursed weekly. The position requires completing six visits daily, which may include routine visits, discharges, recertifications, and reassessments. First-time travelers are welcome if they have experience in home health. Common patient types include those with chronic diseases, wound care needs, IV therapy, and pleurx management. Team members will receive support from departmental leadership, scheduling personnel, clinical managers, clinical supervisors, and peers. Technology used includes EPIC Rover for view-only access, Focura for uploading essential documents, and Samsung Note 9 phones. Scheduling does not include a weekend rotation unless the traveler is willing to work weekends. Call participation is not required but may be available for those interested. Travelers are expected to work on holidays unless prior approval is granted. The departmental culture emphasizes teamwork.
