*Stepdown ICU **Full-Time - Day or Night Shift - 7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am**Sign-On Bonus: $20,000*_*Lex Plan: Work 24 hours and get paid for 36*_*Job Summary:*Utilizes the nursing process to promote and restore patients health status; collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to patients, family members and significant others; and supervises assigned team members.
