As a hospice medical social worker, you will be responsible for psychosocial evaluations, and ongoing counse of patients and families during their end-of-life journey.   • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
  • Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education
  • Licensure: Current state license as a social worker
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice
  • Required: Reliable transportation.
