Overview: Become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Agape

As a hospice licensed practical nurse (LPN), you---ll work under
the direction and supervision of the registered nurse to conduct
patient visits, provide routine care, and ensure correct
documentation, all while communicating with everyone involved
(patient, patient---s family, care team, supervisor). And just like

their families. Qualifications: A heart to serve patients and
families and a passion for providing the best possible care
Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a
current state license as a licensed practical nurse Experience : 2
years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent
experience (hospice experience preferred) Required: Reliable
transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently
and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult
