We are open to hiring a Clinical Counselor I or II to support the Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) program. As an MAR Case Manager, your primary responsibilities will include case management, individual treatment, group treatment and social support to meet the needs of patients who are utilizing MAR as a part of their recovery journey.

Position Logistics

  • 34-hour work week (4 day work week)
  • Routinely 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts Monday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Friday
  • Rotating schedule and some evening hours may be required
  • Open to hiring a Clinical Counselor I or Clinical Counselor II. Level and compensation are commensurate with education and experience Education, Experience & Licensure Requirements
    • Clinical Counselor I: Bachelor's degree in human service field and experience performing the essential duties of the position.
    • Clinical Counselor II: Master's degree in human service field and experience performing the essential duties of the position.
    • Certification as ADC or AADC highly desired Position Overview
      • Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
      • Participates in regular clinical supervision and treatment team meetings.
      • Provides individual, family, and group services for patients as identified in the designated curriculum and ensures documentation of services according to established quality assurance guidelines and time frames.
      • Formulates/updates case management needs assessments and plans as appropriate to meet the identified patient's needs, maintains patient records for case management according to established quality assurance guidelines.
      • Provides individualized case management services for Adult Outpatient and Young Adult Outpatient patients participating in MAR, to include reengagement letters and phone calls, provides linkage and referral to resources to address identified needs and facilitates coordination of care with other service providers.
      • Facilitates completion of BioPsychoSocial Assessments at LRADAC
