Submittal Details: Flu Vaccine is required for all starts beginning 10/1. Prisma Health does NOT accept Flu declinations for any reason. 100 mile radius rule may apply and require rate adjustment. Recruiter, see Team Manager if you have questions.Will consider nurses with 1+ years of recent experience in unitER requires Level II trauma expMust send SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER with submittal.Orientation is every other TuesdayPreAssignment testing and modules required for all RN's to complete within 48 hours of receiving the login information (which usually comes within 24 hours of the nurse signing their contract). Contact AM or CS for any problems.PreAssignment Testing includes a Pharmacology test (all units) and Dysrhythmia exam (not given to MS, Rehab, BH and OR). Travelers have two chances to pass the exams and a study guide is available for the Dysrhythmia exam.Modules will be assigned to all travelers and must be completed by the Monday before the traveler s start date.Holiday RTO can be requested but will not be approved in the confirmation even if it is approved by management. The traveler and manager can come to an agreement but the facility will not approve in writing.Scrubs: Ceil Blue, white undershirt & any solid color shoes.OR Surgery unit will be provided a surgery green scrubs - however must report in Ceil Blue.
